FinXL is seeking a Project Manager - Telco Fixed Products to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading telco client on a key transformation engagement.
Responsibilities

Lead and deliver product-driven initiatives across fixed telecommunications products.
- Manage end-to-end scope for fibre upgrades.
- Drive product and customer experience transformation across the Home Portfolio.
- Partner effectively with Network teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Maintain key project artifacts, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies and resolve operational delivery roadblocks.
- Ensure all technical and product deployments align with business objectives.
Key Skills & Experience

Solid background as a Project Manager within the telecommunications sector.
- Deep hands-on experience with telecommunications fixed products and services.
- Proven experience managing infrastructure or fibre upgrade initiatives.
- Demonstrated success driving product and customer experience transformations.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate with Network teams.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a track record of delivering on time.
- Ability to quickly hit the ground running without a steep learning curve.
