Are you an experienced, positive clinic receptionist/ Chinese Medicine student looking to join a dynamic team in a warm, friendly clinic environment? Y & Li Integrative Health is a modern clinic in Parramatta NSW, that provides a wide range of natural, high-quality healthcare services including acupuncture, herbal medicine and chiropractic care. This is a casual/ part-time role that can offer flexibility.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting and welcoming patients in a warm and professional manner
- Handling patient enquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's appointment calendar
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and inventory management
- Providing support to the practitioner team as required
- EFTPOS/HI-CAPS processing

What we're looking for

- Motivated and proactive candidate




- Previous experience as a clinic Receptionist or in a similar customer service role in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients, doctors and other healthcare professionals
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficient in using general office software
- Understanding of some TCM terminology (preferred) and confidentiality protocols
- A friendly, empathetic and customer-focused attitude
- Someone who can become a long-term integral part of the team.

Pay: $26.44 – $28.00 per hour
