Your main responsibilities will include:
- In charge of Safety in and out of water
- Recruitment of staff
- Rostering and shift coordination
- Staff development such as quarterly meetings and ongoing coaching to make the staff the best teachers that they can be
- Create a great workplace culture that is consistent with our mission and values of the business
- Ensure that the business policies, procedures and safe work are followed at all times
- Water quality maintenance assistance
- Stock management and orders
- Daily operations such as phone calls, enrolments and bookings
- Teaching hours where required (minimum 1 water shift)
- Marketing and social media assistance
- Customer complaints handling
Required Qualifications:
- First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR
- Qualified Swim Teacher (AUSTSWIM)
- Working with children check
- Drivers Licence (preferred)
- Pool Operations (preferred)
