About Us:
We are an established psychiatry clinic in Leeming committed to providing compassionate and professional mental health care. We are looking for a friendly and efficient Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice and support the smooth running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in a warm and qualified manner. Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment bookings. Handle patient check-ins, payments, and Medicare billing.
Maintain patient records and confidentiality in line with healthcare regulations. Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing. Support the clinical team with scheduling and correspondence.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a medical receptionist. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using practice management software (or willingness to learn). Ability to multitask in a busy healthcare environment. Understanding of patient confidentiality and privacy laws.
