Royal Dental Care is seeking experienced and motivated General Dentists to join our growing team across our seven modern, fully equipped practices throughout Sydney.

Our practices offer a comprehensive range of dental services, including:

- General dentistry
- Cosmetic dentistry
- Clear aligners and orthodontics
- Children's dentistry
- Implant dentistry
- Wisdom tooth extractions

Position Details

- Employment Type: Subcontractor (Commission-based)
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts
- Minimum Availability: 3–4 days per week
- Weekend Availability: Required
- Work Location: In person

Remuneration

$300,000 – $600,000 per year (Commission-based earning potential)

About You

We are looking for clinicians who:

- Have excellent communication and patient management skills.
- Are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Are organised, proactive and solution-focused.
- Work well independently and within a collaborative team environment.




- Have an interest or experience in orthodontics and clear aligner treatment (highly regarded).

Essential Requirements

- Current unconditional AHPRA registration
- Qualification recognised by the Dental Board of Australia
- Current professional indemnity insurance
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a General Dentist
- Full Australian working rights
