Our Client, Rechenberg Security & Locksmiths is seeking calm, capable and dependable people to join our team as Monitoring Centre Communications Officers.
Working 12 hour shifts, 3 days on then 3 days off on a rotating roster (includes night shifts). Permanent Part Time 35hrs per week averaged over 6 weeks.
This is more than a traditional call-centre position.
About the Role:
You will work in a skilled security operations environment using purpose-built technology. The role involves responding to alarm events from security systems, personal emergency response devices and video verification systems.
It is essential that you are a clear and confident communicator over the phone and have strong computer skills to be typing event notes and arranging dispatches at the same time.
This would be an exciting opportunity to work behind the scenes helping people and businesses daily.

Successful applicants will need to apply for the Security Monitoring Licence and also provide a current police check.
Based on the standard roster, annual earnings exceed $80,000 plus superannuation, including applicable shift loadings, penalty rates and rostered regular overtime.
Pay: $30.00 – $31.00 per hour
