We're looking for a registered Physiotherapist to see Home Care Package clients in their own homes. No NDIS, no TAC, no WorkCover — just elderly clients who want to stay independent and in their own homes for as long as possible.

Our main need is within about 20km of Mornington. That said, referrals are coming in across Greater Melbourne, so wherever you're based, we'd love to hear from you.

If you're after flexible work that fits around your life — whether that's a few extra clients a week or something more substantial — this is worth a look. A lot of our therapists work full-time or part-time elsewhere and fit this around their existing schedule.

A bit about us

We're a multidisciplinary allied health team — physios, OTs, podiatrists, myotherapists and allied health assistants — and our whole focus is keeping elderly clients safe, comfortable and independent at home. We handle all the aged care admin and client relationship management so you can focus on the clinical work.

What the work looks like

When a referral comes in we'll send you the details. If it suits you, you reach out to the client and sort out a time that works for both of you — weekends included if that's easier.

Typical work includes:

- Comprehensive initial assessments (using our straightforward 2-page Allied Health template)
- Setting meaningful goals around fitness, mobility and independence
- Developing and prescribing tailored exercise programs




- Assessing and prescribing mobility equipment like walkers and frames
- Education and guidance for clients and their families or carers
- Clear clinical documentation

Most clients are ongoing, so you genuinely get to know them over time — which for a lot of physios is the best part of this kind of work.

The practical stuff

- Initial assessment: $140
- Follow up: $85 for 30 minutes.
- Schedule: Completely your call — no minimum hours or days
- Clients: Matched to your area
- Paid: Fortnightly as a contractor

The happier your clients are, the more referrals come your way — so you naturally build up as much or as little work as you want.

What you'll need

- Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
- At least one year of post-graduate experience (strong current grads welcome — get in touch)
- Reliable vehicle and full driver's licence
- Valid First Aid certificate
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
- An active ABN (you'll be paid as a contractor)
