We need fun, chatty humans to jump into our Inbound Customer Service and Corporate Outbound teams from September to January — prime time for stacking cash before your next adventure.

The gig:

- Chat to customers via phone, email, live chat & social
- Help with orders, deliveries & gift recommendations
- Sort out issues fast, with a smile
- Handle returns/exchanges like a pro
- Team up with warehouse & delivery crews

You'll be perfect for this if you:

- Have retail, telemarketing or customer service experience
- Can talk to anyone and actually enjoy it
- Bring good vibes and love smashing team goals




- Have solid computer skills (Shopify/Gorgias = bonus points)
- Excellent Communication skills bot written and verbally
- Don't take yourself too seriously
