Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Department Manager to lead the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will combine operational expertise, team leadership, and a passion for exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth department operations, maintaining brand standards, and creating a welcoming environment for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations for your department.
- Lead, motivate, and manage staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring all guests receive a consistent, premium experience.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ordering for food, beverages, and retail items.
- Manage budgets, including labour, operational costs, and waste management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.




- Act as the first point of contact for escalated customer concerns and feedback.

Key Skills & Attributes:

- Proven experience managing a high-volume cafe, restaurant, or hospitality venue.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercially minded, with a focus on operational efficiency and revenue growth.
