We’re working with a growing organisation in the manufacturing sector looking for an Inventory Coordinator to support their supply chain and warehouse operations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team where your attention to detail and problem solving skills will directly contribute to improving processes and driving operational success.
In this role, you’ll play an important part in ensuring inventory accuracy and smooth day to day operations across the supply chain. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to keep stock flowing efficiently and support ongoing improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate stock movements across warehouses and 3PL partners
- Perform cycle counts, stocktakes, and inventory checks
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical and system stock
- Process stock adjustments and maintain accurate ERP records
- Support inbound inventory, returns, and management of excess or obsolete stock
- Prepare reports and identify opportunities to improve inventory processes
- Assist with audits, compliance, and documentation requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of inventory
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across operations
About You

- Experience in inventory, warehousing, logistics, or a similar operational role
- Exposure to manufacturing environments (desirable but not essential)
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Confidence using Excel and Microsoft Office tools
- A proactive and organised approach to your work
- Robust communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
