The successful applicant will be a dedicated coach with a commitment to development of all students involved in the Lowther Hall Sporting Program. They will be an outstanding leader, motivator and role model committed to our School’s mission of educating the whole person for the whole of life. Their practice will be informed by contemporary coaching, research methods and personal experience in the use of relevant coaching techniques. We seek coaches who are committed to their own learning and the development of others.

Purpose:
The purposes of this role are: to mentor, coach and contribute to the overall development of the Lowther Hall Sports Program

Environment:
This is a seasonal casual position

Key Dates:

Applicants must be able to commit to the following days and dates:

Junior Team
Mondays – 4:00pm -6:00pm
Wednesdays – 6:00am – 8:00am
Fridays – 6:00am – 8:00am
Saturdays – 7:00am – 9am
Please note that there are some additional requirements on Saturdays due to regattas as well as half day camps in December and January.
