About the Role

As Club Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the club while creating a welcoming and supportive environment where members feel motivated to achieve their fitness goals. You'll be responsible for driving membership growth, leading by example, and building strong relationships within the local community.

Your Responsibilities

- Lead and inspire the club team to deliver exceptional customer service every day.
- Drive membership sales and achieve monthly growth targets.
- Conduct club tours and help prospective members find the right membership solution.
- Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and community groups through events and partnerships.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and club operations.
- Manage member enquiries, retention, and administrative tasks.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating club culture where members love to train.




- Support local marketing initiatives and community engagement activities.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the fitness industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- A positive, self-motivated, and proactive attitude.
- The ability to work independently while managing daily club operations.
- A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping people achieve their goals.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Certificate III or IV in Fitness is an advantage but not essential.
