Key Responsibilities:
- Clean carpets, rugs, and fabric surfaces to a high standard
- Operate carpet-cleaning machines (training provided)
- Treat small stains and high use areas efficiently
- Vacuum, sweep, and perform light cleaning tasks as required
- Ensure cleaning equipment is maintained in good working order
- Report any damages or safety issues to supervisors promptly
- Follow secure cleaning procedures and proper chemical-handling protocols
- Work collaboratively with the team and maintain a positive attitude
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and customers to ensure satisfaction
