⭐ Childcare Administrator | Fernvale
Permanent Part-time | 37.5 hours per week.

About the Role

We're looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Childcare Administrator to join our Fernvale team.

As the first point of contact for families, you'll play a key role in creating a warm and skilled experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our centre. Working closely with the Centre Leadership Team, you'll assist with enrolments, compliance, record management, and administration processes that help keep our service running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in a long day care environment who thrives in a busy setting, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Welcome and support families as the first point of contact

Manage enrolments, waitlists, and family records

Support daily administration and centre operations

Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation

Assist with occupancy and enquiry management

Support invoicing, data entry, and reporting requirements

Work closely with the Centre Leadership Team to ensure smooth centre operations

About You

Previous experience in a childcare administration role or long day care setting

Strong understanding of CCS, enrolments, and childcare systems (highly regarded)





Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems

Friendly, professional, and customer-focused communication style

Ability to multitask and work independently

Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)

Must have completed National Child Safety Training
