Over the past three months alone, it has averaged several dozen new patients each month, almost entirely through word-of-mouth referrals - demand is so strong the practice has actually needed to reduce marketing.

Instead of competing for patients, you'll step into an abundance of them, with a steady flow of new patients on top, letting you build a busy schedule immediately rather than over years.

Working alongside the Principal Dentist and a full-time Oral Health Therapist, you'll provide comprehensive general dentistry as well as implants, fixed orthodontics, clear aligners, oral surgery, cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry, depending on your experience and interests.

- Minimum 3 years' experience practising in Australia
- Solid general dentistry skills – confident and effective
- Patient-focused and genuinely interested in delivering high-quality care
- Clear communicator with a friendly chairside manner
- Happy to step into a high-demand environment with strong existing systems
- Growth mindset – always looking to improve and evolve
- AHPRA registered with no restrictions and current indemnity insurance
- Open to relocating from Brisbane or SEQ for the right opportunity
