Our client is a well-established and growing Australian business that has been successfully servicing its industry for over 25 years. With continued growth and expansion, they are seeking a motivated and customer-focused team member to join their Carrum Downs operation.

Responsibilities

- Responding to customer enquiries and assisting with product information
- Processing customer orders and coordinating deliveries
- Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Picking, packing and dispatching orders
- Receiving and checking incoming stock
- Assisting with inventory control and stock management
- Supporting internal sales activities and providing product solutions
- Maintaining an organised, safe and efficient warehouse environment
Working closely with a friendly and supportive team to ensure exceptional customer service

Your Profile





- A positive, enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A willingness to be hands-on and involved in warehouse operations
- Reliable, motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, warehouse, retail, trade, or logistics environments will be highly regarded
Forklift licence advantageous, but not essential
