We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Trainee Educator or an experienced Diploma Qualified Educator to join our friendly and supportive team.

About the Role
As an Educator at Star Academy Kids Liverpool, you will:
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Create meaningful learning experiences that support children’s development.
- Assist in planning and implementing engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Observe and document children’s learning and development.
- Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver high-quality education and care.
- Follow the National Quality Framework (NQF), Education and Care Services National Regulations and Child Safe Standards.
- Support children’s wellbeing while encouraging confidence, independence and a love of learning.
Trainee Educator
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for working with children.
- Is motivated to complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Is reliable, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Holds or is willing to obtain a Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Is willing to obtain First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
Diploma Qualified Educator
To be successful you will have:
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Standard (NQS) and Child Safe Standards.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for delivering high-quality educational programs.
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to renew if required).
