About the Roles:
Our roles are designed for individuals who thrive in an energetic and supportive atmosphere. Whether you’re managing a site, leading a team, or assisting with coaching, you’ll play a vital role in helping children aged 2-12 develop their soccer skills while having fun in a non-competitive environment.

What We’re Looking For:

- Site Managers: Previous experience in a management role is essential. You’ll oversee operations, ensure sessions run smoothly, and lead with confidence.
- Senior Coaches: Experienced coaches who can lead sessions, mentor junior coaches, and bring energy and organization to every session.
- Junior Coaches: Perfect for those starting their journey in coaching. A friendly, upbeat attitude and a willingness to learn are key!

Minimum Requirements for All Roles:

- Age: Minimum 16 years.
- Skills:
- Upbeat and outgoing attitude, especially when working with children.
- Ability to run engaging and fun soccer sessions.
- Excellent behavior management and organization skills.

- Transport: Own transport and a valid driver's license.
- Clearances and Certifications:





- Valid Working with Children Check (or able to obtain ASAP).
- First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain within 3 months).

- Availability: Weekend availability is essential, with a commitment to 8-week terms.
