About the Role

We're looking for a Mechanical Fitter to join our field service team, working on pump replacement and maintenance across Sydney Water infrastructure and Australian naval vessels. This is a hands-on role offering variety, strong earning potential, and a genuine pathway to upskilling.

What You'll Be Doing

- Replacing and servicing pumps on Water Treatment sites
- Working as part of a field service crew
- Rotating between day shift and night shift work

About You

- Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter (sorry, no apprentices for this one)
- Holds a White Card
- Confined Spaces ticket (ideally with 3+ years before expiry)
- Working at Heights ticket (ideally with 2+ years before expiry)
- 3+ years' post-trade experience preferred
- Australian citizenship preferred




- Pump experience is a bonus but not essential — full training and support provided as part of an experienced crew
- Experience working on naval ship pumps highly regarded
