About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who is passionate about customer service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Lead, train, and supervise front and back-of-house staff
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns
- Manage staff rosters and daily scheduling
- Monitor inventory and place stock orders
- Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace health regulations
- Drive sales and maintain profitability targets
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation

Requirements





- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Knowledge of hospitality operations and food safety standards
- Full Australian work rights

Preferred

- Diploma or qualification in Hospitality Management
- Experience managing high-volume restaurants

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
