We are looking for a passionate Zone Manager to help lead our MECCA Kotara store in NSW on a part-time basis at 31.5 hours per week.

Day-to-day responsibilities

- Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences every day

- Lead from the front by coaching, developing and inspiring your team to achieve their best

- Foster a high-performing, team-oriented team culture through clear communication and ongoing development

- Motivate your team to achieve KPIs while bringing MECCA's values to life
