Platinum Healthcare is seeking a number of Support Workers to join our team working in various Perth Suburbs.

South locations include: Rockingham, Baldivis

Central locations include: Cloverdale, Gosnells

Perth city - Male support worker experienced with client with ABI

Perth Northern Suburbs – Female Support Worker

About You:

- Ideally 2+ years’ experience in disability care
- Calm, reliable, and respectful in how you work with others
- Clear communicator who listens well and keeps boundaries
- Positive Behaviour Support experience is an advantage

You'll need:





- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid, Manual Handling & Hand Hygiene
- Completed NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Driver’s licence and insured, roadworthy vehicle
- Cert III (or higher) in a relevant field, or currently studying in healthcare
