Job Title: Experienced Customer Service & Sales Representative- Optical Industry

Location: Chatswood, NSW

Job Type: minimum 2 days/week; Casual with potential to convert to full time for the right candidate

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced, friendly, motivated Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will work in the practice to deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting eyewear products, and ensure a pleasant and professional practice experience.

Fluency in conversational and written English is required; the ability to converse also in Chinese (Cantonese/ Mandarin) is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right eyewear solutions.
- Provide detailed information about frames, lenses, and other optical products.
- Process transactions accurately using the clinical record management system.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment.
- Stay updated on current trends in eyewear and optical technology.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves.




- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in retail or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Versatile schedule, including Saturdays.
- Basic knowledge of optical products is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
