Internal Sales Representative

We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, identifying opportunities and being part of a fast-paced branch environment, this could be the role for you.

What you will enjoy doing

- Be the face of our business, helping customers find the right products and solutions while contributing to the overall success of the branch
- Be part of a hands-on team environment, supporting sales and service activities while actively participating in inventory management, product handling and branch operations
- Build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Provide advice on welding, industrial and gas products
- Process enquiries, sales orders and quotations accurately and efficiently
- Identify opportunities to grow sales and maximise customer value
- Support branch sales, margin and service targets
- Maintain stock accuracy, merchandising standards and branch presentation
- Work closely with sales specialists and internal teams to deliver the best outcomes
- Contribute to a safe, efficient and high-performing workplace.

What makes you great

- Experience in customer service, internal sales, retail sales or a similar customer-facing role
- A genuine passion for helping customers
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- The ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Good commercial awareness and a focus on achieving results
- Welding trade experience or industry knowledge is highly regarded but not essential
- Ability to safely perform the inherent requirements of the role, including regular manual handling activities and working within an industrial retail and warehouse environment
