Inka Arthouse is looking for a reliable and switched-on Print Production Specialist to join our warehouse team in Airport West.

Your main responsibility will be preparing hundreds of high-quality art prints each day for our framing and unframed teams. This includes operating our large-format printers, cutting posters to size, checking print quality and sorting completed prints for production. All training will be provided.

The printing process is largely automated, so professional printing experience is helpful but not essential. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable using computers, learns systems quickly and can manage a high-volume workflow accurately.

This is also a flexible, hands-on production role. Your daily duties may vary depending on where the team needs support, including framing artworks, packing posters and preparing orders for dispatch.

What you’ll be doing

- Operating professional large-format art printers
- Managing the daily print queue and production priorities
- Preparing hundreds of posters each day
- Checking artwork, size and order information before printing
- Cutting posters accurately using professional paper cutters and trimmers
- Sorting completed prints by size, order and production department
- Monitoring print quality, paper, ink and printer performance
- Identifying incorrect or damaged prints and arranging reprints
- Keeping printers supplied and the print-production area organised
- Communicating with framing and unframed teams about priorities
- Assisting with framing,



poster packing and dispatch when required
- Helping with general production and warehouse tasks

What we’re looking for

- Confident using computers and learning recent software
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing repetitive, high-volume work accurately
- Able to work efficiently toward daily production targets
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently
- Physically capable of standing throughout the day and safely lifting and handling items weighing approximately 15–30 kg, using team lifting or equipment where required.
- Willing to work flexibly across printing, framing, packing and dispatch
- Current Australian working rights

Previous experience in printing, print finishing, manufacturing, production or warehouse operations is preferred but not essential. Full training on our equipment, software and production process will be provided.
