Pepe's Ducks is looking for an experienced Electrical Fitter to join our Maintenance team at our South Windsor processing facility. This is a hands-on role supporting our Factory (abattoir) through preventative maintenance, electrical fault finding and breakdown response.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and assist with the repair of electrical faults on production equipment
- Safely disconnect and reconnect motors, drives and plant equipment
- Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance
- Assist to install, replace and commission electrical components
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical manuals
- Complete maintenance records
- Respond to maintenance calls and requests
- Participate in shutdowns, plant upgrades and after-hours breakdowns
- Work safely while complying with WHS, GMP and food safety requirements
About You
- A trade qualification or proven experience in industrial maintenance.
- A solid electrical background with the ability to assist in electrical fault finding and equipment maintenance.
- Experience working alongside licensed electricians in a manufacturing or processing setting.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to carry out routine maintenance and repairs.
- Welding skills, stainless steel welding highly regarded
- A proactive attitude, strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
