Experience required: Minimum 2 to 4 years experience in relevant roles.

We are looking for a professional Bar Tender to join our fast-paced Team. A challenging role where you will be required to be hands-on, calm under pressure, and always leading from the front.

The ideal candidate will be expected to perform the following duties that include but are not limited to:





Responsibilities

Hire, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house employees.

Create work schedules and manage shift coverage.

Resolve team conflicts and evaluate job performance.

Greet guests and ensure a positive dining experience.

Oversee food quality, table settings, and service speed.

Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.

Ensure strict compliance with local health, safety, and hygiene laws

Manage inventory levels, place supply orders, and work with vendors.

Monitor budgets, track sales, and reduce waste.
