Job Type: Casual (15-25 hours per week)
Salary: Paid in accordance with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award (plus weekend penalties & tips).
About the Role:
We are a vibrant, high-end rooftop cocktail lounge looking for enthusiastic, well-presented Casual Floor Staff to join our dynamic team. You will be the face of our venue, ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional time out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests and managing table seating.
- Taking drink and light snack orders with accurate knowledge of our menu.
- Delivering premium cocktails and clear communication to tables.
- Maintaining immaculate floor cleanliness and clearing tables swiftly.
- Supporting the bar and kitchen teams during peak weekend rushes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid NSW RSA Competency Card (Strictly mandatory).
- Previous experience in a fast-paced bar, restaurant, or cocktail workplace appreciated
- Excellent customer service skills and polished personal presentation.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating rosters, including Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
- High energy, a positive attitude, and a passion for great hospitality.
