About the Role

As a Security Officer with MSS Security, you will join a qualified, customer-focused team protecting people, property and critical infrastructure across industries including corporate, healthcare, aviation, government, retail and major events.

Key Duties

Your responsibilities may include:

- Customer service and public assistance

- CCTV monitoring

- Access control and site entry management

- Foot and vehicle patrols

- Concierge and front-of-house services

- Escorting staff and visitors

- Incident response and reporting

What We’re Looking For

Ideal candidates will have:

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- A professional and reliable attitude

- Current driver licence and reliable transport

- Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster





- Willingness to learn and grow within the industry

Experience in hospitality, retail, healthcare, customer service or community services is highly regarded due to transferable skills.
Australian citizens with AGSVA Clearance, or the ability to obtain one, are highly regarded.
