Flower Club is a Melbourne-based wedding floral studio expanding its team to support a growing number of premium weddings booked through 2027.

We are not hiring full-time employees restricted to a contract.
We are inviting experienced independent florists to partner with us on a contractor basis, accepting weddings and events that align with their availability and style. Join our team for on-site works and be ready for both solo and teamed design works.

This role is ideal for florists who love designing and executing weddings.

What This Role Is

- Independent contractor / partner role
- Wedding & event floral execution
- Jobs are offered and accepted via our app
- You choose which jobs to accept
- Payment per job (agreed upfront before acceptance)

What You’ll Be Doing

- Creating and executing wedding floral designs based on a clear brief
- Delivering and setting up florals on the wedding day
- Working professionally with venues and coordinators
- Representing Flower Club to a high standard on-site

You focus on the flowers, we handle the rest.

What We’re Looking For

This opportunity is best suited to florists who:

- Have wedding or event floral experience
- Are already operating independently (eg.freelancers) or as a small studio
- Are reliable, punctual,



and professional
- Can confidently manage wedding-day setups
- Are comfortable sourcing fresh flowers
- Hold public liability insurance (or can obtain it)

Portfolio or previous work is required.
