About the role
The ICT Sales Representative develops and converts sales opportunities into sales of ICT services, software and related business solutions.
In this role at CROFTI you will perform:
- Building and managing a pipeline of business clients, identifying organisations that would benefit from CROFTI's AI and automation solutions
- Running discovery sessions that go deeper than surface-level needs, mapping a client's processes, systems and data, and identifying constraints, dependencies and integration risks early, before they derail a project
- Scoping technical and business requirements at a high level and translating them into a clearly defined CROFTI engagement, working with the delivery team to pressure-test feasibility before anything is promised
- Discussing solution architecture,
integrations and implementation realistically with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Maintaining current knowledge of CROFTI's services, the business-software and automation landscape, and competitor offerings
- Preparing and presenting proposals; quoting, negotiating scope, pricing and terms; and closing engagements
- Managing accounts and pipeline in HubSpot and reporting to management on activity, results and market feedback
- Following up post-engagement to ensure the solution landed, resolving issues and uncovering further opportunities
Requirements
Applicants must have:
- A bachelor degree in any discipline, or equivalent qualified experience in technology sales
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in ICT or technology sales
