Location: Banyo with travel to our Tingalpa office
Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts (5:00am–1:30pm & 11am–7:30pm)
Travel: Required between office and client site

What you’ll be doing:

- Every day will be different, but you’ll be at the heart of keeping things moving:
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Matching great people with great job opportunities
- Managing onboarding and induction processes for new starters
- Running assessment centres and supporting recruitment campaigns
- Rostering, database management, and compliance tasks
- Providing onsite candidate support and client service
- Acting as the key point of contact for clients onsite
- Building strong relationships with client stakeholders
- Handling issues quickly and professionally when they arise
- Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates




- General admin and operational support

What we’re looking for:

- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Confident communicator with great phone manner
- Customer service experience (a big plus!)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive, proactive, and eager to learn
