Skills and Experience

- Proven experience in retail, sales, or customer service
- A genuine love for fashion and footwear, with an understanding of our brand and customers
- Strong merchandising and styling skills
- A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude
- Confident making decisions and solving problems independently when needed
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers and colleagues alike
- Well-groomed and professional, with a strong eye for fashion and current trends
- Flexible and adaptable to changing demands in a fast-paced retail environment

Key Responsibilities

- Greeting customers and delivering exceptional service tailored to their needs
- Providing detailed product knowledge, styling advice,



and recommendations
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-presented store environment
- Operating the POS system, managing transactions, and handling cash confidently
- Restocking shelves, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting stockroom operations
- Assisting with visual merchandising and in-store displays to reflect the Le Sansa identity
- Opening and closing store procedures
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally and promptly

This Role

We’re seeking someone who:

- Has prior retail experience (footwear or fashion highly regarded)
- Understands in-store operations, policies, and procedures
- Is hands-on, energetic, and vibrant in their approach
- Can motivate and inspire the team to deliver outstanding results
- Has the ability to exceed KPIs while maintaining amazing customer service
- Brings creativity and initiative to merchandising and styling displays
- Demonstrates flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and peak trading periods
