Due to a continued growth, we’re on the lookout for a top talent HVAC technician holding HVAC Licences to work within our Brisbane portfolio.

Grosvenor are a leader in technical asset management within the commercial space, maintaining and servicing Fire, HVAC, Electrical and other systems for our vast range of clients nationally.

Due to a continued growth, we’re on the lookout for a top talent HVAC to work out of our Gold Coast, QLD office. You’ll build long lasting relationships with our customers by using your skills to diagnose faults and provide solutions!

Job Description

The Role:

- Specialise in the maintenance, service, Installations, and repairs across a range of residential and commercial sites including Resorts, Office Parks, Retail, Aged Care, Health.
- Work across a range of electrical systems including HVAC/Mechanical systems, BMS, Variable Speed Drives and Fault finding where required.
- Attend breakdowns and provide installations when needed.
- Ensure the continuation of existing service contracts whilst capitalizing on repairs, refurbs and new business opportunities.
- Engage in a range of tasks including maintenance, and installation
- Work with a team of professional Air-conditioning and Refrigeration technicians to provide top notch service to our client base.





Desired Skills and Experience

Selection Criteria:

- Trade Qualification – Cert III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration

- Trade qualification – Australian - Restricted electrical licence
- Hands on experience with air-conditioning, refrigeration, and electrical repairs, emergency breakdowns, maintenance, and installations within a commercial space. On Mechanical Electrical controls and components.
- Current OHS/WHS Construction induction card and Current Driver’s licence
- Confidence with computers and software
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, professional attitude and great personal presentation
- Curiosity – someone who enjoys autonomy as well as working within a team, and a proactive self-starter
- Proven ability to achieve targets while maintaining focus on quality and safety
