We are currently seeking a highly skilled Chef De Partie to deliver the highest levels of customer service and meal quality in our award winning Reef House Restaurant. Our Restaurant has a reputation for excellence and you may have the opportunity to be a part of this winning combination. Our customer service goal is to create bespoke memorable Reef House experiences, something which cannot be created elsewhere.

Skills and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead by example
- The drive to consistently deliver the very best
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar capacity
- Exceptional culinary expertise coupled with a strong training ability
- Relevant Diploma qualification in Kitchen Management
