PWM is a Demolition & Waste Management company offering services to Tier 1 Fitout companies in the Sydney construction industry.

The backbone of our service is the reliable and responsible handlining & reporting of waste generated through demolition services and tracking throughout the fitout project lifecycle.

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking reliable & responsible additions to our team to play a key role in what is considered the backbone of our service success.

About the role.

Our service operates on a quick-paced efficiency model, we have multiple fleet trucks that provide bin swaps all day in the greater Sydney region. From both our own demolition projects & client fitout projects. Changing upwards of 120 Bins a day in peak periods.

As a warehouse / resource recovery labouere duties include;

- Accuratley weighing & recording inbound bins




- Sorting and seperating materials into allocated streams
- Disposal runs in tip trucks
- maintaining warehouse efficiency.

Minimum Requirements

- At least 6 months previous experience within construction
- Your own PPE
- White card
- Full Drivers licene & experience in small trucks. (Manual experience is a must)

Pay: $32.60 – $35.60 per hour
