Kingfisher is currently seeking Qualified Carpenters to join our growing team. We have multiple opportunities available across Melbourne and are looking for carpenters from a range of backgrounds.
We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in:
- Facilities and building maintenance
- Commercial carpentry
- High end residential carpentry

The Role Depending on your experience, your day to day duties may include:
- Planned, preventative and reactive maintenance
- General carpentry repairs and defect rectification
- Doors, locks, windows and hardware installation and repairs
- Cabinetry, skirting, architraves and finishing carpentry
- Minor refurbishment and fit out works
- Reading plans and completing work to specification
- Completing digital work orders and using facilities maintenance software
- Liaising professionally with clients, tenants and site managers
What We're Looking For
- Certificate III in Carpentry
- White Card and current Driver's Licence
- Previous experience in either maintenance, commercial or high end residential carpentry
- Experience using technology and maintenance management systems such as Aroflo, Simpro or similar is highly regarded
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
