We are seeking a capable and career-focused IT Support Technician to join our Sunshine Coast team for

approximately 20 hours per week.

This is a professional, client-facing role supporting businesses, schools and non-profit organisations. Technical

ability is essential — but how you communicate, respond under pressure and represent the business matters

just as much.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, self-directed and motivated to grow.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

- Installation, support and repair of Windows and macOS computers and iOS devices
- Email configuration and Microsoft 365 user support
- Network setup, troubleshooting and wireless configuration
- Diagnosing hardware and peripheral issues (printers, projectors, etc.)
- Managing support requests professionally and efficiently




- Communicating clearly and confidently with clients at all technical levels

Essential Criteria (Non-Negotiable)

Applicants must:

- Be completing or have completed a tertiary qualification in IT
- Have hands-on experience in a skilled environment supporting both Windows and macOS environments
- Have a working understanding of IT systems and networking fundamentals
- Be able to independently diagnose and resolve common PC, Mac and peripheral issues
- Demonstrate strong customer service experience
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Present professionally when attending client sites
- Hold a current driver’s licence and have reliable access to a vehicle
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a Working With Children Check and Police Check
- Have full working rights in Australia
