- Experienced Landscaper or Synthetic Grass Installer

Based in Capalaba, we at Turf Green Pty Ltd specialise in the installation of high-quality Synthetic Grass and associated landscaping for both residential and commercial applications around SEQ.

Our vision is to understand our clients’ needs and deliver both quality service and products.

We are continuing to expand our already experienced Synthetic Grass Installation teams to assist with an increasing volume of work and large-scale projects.

The role outline:

- Assist and work alongside the project co-ordinator, other managers and staff on our varied projects
- Installation of synthetic grass and landscaping working with timbers or edging, paving work, retaining walls, some concreting, basic drainage
- Assist all team members as required Use of company vehicles to collect/deliver products and to and from job sites as required
- Operate a Forklift, Excavator or Toro Mini Loader (license desirable, not essential as training can be provided if required)
- Maintain secure OH&S; standards at all times and guide others with applying safe work practices

The successful candidate must be able to communicate professionally and courteously at all times with both clients and staff from diverse backgrounds on a daily basis whilst delivering exceptional client satisfaction and job performance

This position works within a strong team environment where every member of the team supports the other and assists where needed to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner.

To be successful in this position you will need to demonstrate:





- Must have experience in Installing Synthetic Grass or Experienced Landscaper Grass installer position: Synthetic Grass: 1 year min (Required)
- Landscape labourer position: 1 year min (Required)
- Experience in synthetic grass or even natural grass with an understanding on the general procedures
- Must be Fit and Healthy and able to manage the physical work required such as ability to work outdoors in Qld weather, experience with managing wheelbarrows and understands the physicality with labour work
- Current Driver’s License - essential Construction White Card – essential
- Work Authorisation: Australia (Required)
- Positive outlook with a willingness to learn and follow direction and instructions from others
- Professional and friendly personality with positive communication skills
- Ability to work closely with others and demonstrate team player attitude
- Be proactive and self-motivated on job sites without having to be told what to do the entire day
- Attention to detail and able to check quality of workmanship and rectify as needed
- Reliable transport to get to and from the Capalaba office

Hours of Work and Remuneration:

Monday to Friday position and remuneration will be negotiated based on experience and position.
