We are seeking enthusiastic Educators to join our team at Brookside Preschool.

We view children as strong, capable, competent, and curious learners who bring with them rich experiences, ideas, and questions that inspire learning.
Our curriculum is purposeful, authentic, and flexible. Children learn through a variety of teaching strategies, with our passionate educators intentionally scaffolding learning, modelling skills and behaviours, and co-constructing knowledge through thoughtful questioning and problem-solving. We provide long periods of uninterrupted play, both indoors and outdoors, to support deep, meaningful learning and discovery.

Position 1 – Certificate III Educator:
Wednesday and Friday 8:45am–4:45pm, plus Monday 11:00am–12:00pm

Position 2 – Diploma Educator:
Monday 12:00pm–2:00pm
Both roles are within the same multi-age group

Ideally, both positions will be filled by the same educator to ensure consistency within the group

About you

- You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference.

- You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child.

- You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member.

- You have a drive to grow and improve continually.

- You value kindness and respect.

- You have great knowledge of the child secure standards and early childhood regulations.

- You hold a Certificate III and/or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC, mandatory reporting certificate, police check and a first aid certificate.
