Evolve Education & Migration is a growing education and migration consultancy based in Melbourne CBD. We assist international students with education pathways, course enrolments, student visas, and migration services across Australia.

We are currently seeking motivated Sales & Marketing Coordinators to support our growing student markets.

If you have experience working with international students and enjoy sales, marketing, and relationship building, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

You will be responsible for promoting Australian education opportunities, generating student enquiries, building relationships within your community, and supporting students throughout their enrolment journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote Australian education opportunities to prospective international students.
- Generate new student leads through community engagement, networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Conduct education consultations and explain study pathways.
- Assist students with course applications and admissions.
- Build strong relationships with education providers, business partners, and community groups.
- Represent Evolve at education events, seminars, and exhibitions.




- Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.

About You

- Previous experience in sales, marketing, education consulting, international student recruitment, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in building relationships and networking.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
