About the Role
We’re recruiting on behalf of a Sydney-based client for an experienced Structural Landscaping Supervisor to join their team on a permanent part-time basis, starting immediately. You’ll oversee day-to-day structural landscaping operations — supervising site teams, coordinating materials and equipment, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification. The role also involves monitoring quality standards, conducting site inspections, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and supporting continuous improvement across construction methods and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise site teams and day-to-day structural landscaping operations
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and scheduling across sites
- Conduct regular site inspections across the Sydney area
- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders,
resolving site issues as they arise
- Report on project progress and support continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- A current NSW Individual Contractor Licence endorsed “Q”, or a NSW Qualified Supervisor Certificate, covering Structural Landscaping
- Not currently nominated as a Qualified Supervisor for another company (or able to formally transition)
- Substantial experience in structural landscaping and residential construction
- Availability for regular site inspections across Sydney
- Willingness to start immediately as a genuine, permanent part-time PAYG employee — this is not a licence-lending or nominee-only arrangement
