Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per annum + superannuation (depending on experience)

About Us

Situated in Berridale, the Snowy Mountains Motor Inn offers more facilities than any other motel in the area. The 41 units, mostly on the ground floor, are all centrally heated with all inclusions. It is the perfect base for your Snowy Mountains holiday as it is located close to the ski resorts of Perisher,Thredbo, Mt Selwyn and the Skitube. The well know attractions of Jindabyne, Cooma and Kosciuszko National Park are all within a short distance.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our marketing strategy and execution. This is a hands-on role responsible for identifying market opportunities and developing, coordinating and implementing marketing plans to promote our property management services, building management rights, and real estate sales offerings.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify market opportunities for our property management, strata, and real estate services across target suburbs and client segments
- Develop, coordinate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns (digital, content, social media, email, and traditional channels)
- Advise on pricing, positioning and promotional strategies for our services and listings
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads for management rights acquisitions, strata services, and property sales
- Create and manage content for websites, social media platforms, email newsletters, and marketing collateral
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity,



campaign performance and customer data to refine strategies
- Manage brand consistency and messaging across all marketing materials and platforms
- Coordinate external agencies, designers, photographers and freelancers as required
- Prepare marketing reports and recommendations for senior management
- Support the sales and property management teams with targeted promotional activities

About You

- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist, Marketing Coordinator, Brand Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, social media, and campaign management
- Experience in real estate, property management, professional services or a related industry is highly regarded
- Ability to analyse market data and translate insights into actionable marketing plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
- Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple projects independently
