This is purely a management role with no new business or leasing involved. You will also be supported by experienced Property Officers, Administration and Accounting staff.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Management of a select portfolio of residential properties on behalf of their owners.
Outgoing and routine inspection of properties.
Liaising with landlords.
Repairs and maintenance.
Representing owners at NCAT as required.
Monday to Friday workdays, with Saturday 9am-12 noon on rotating 4-week roster.
Selection Criteria
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Valid certificate of registration or higher.
Minimum 2-3 years real estate industry experience.
Knowledge of Property Me,
Inspect Real Estate & Maintenance Manager will be highly regarded but not essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite of programs and moderate IT skills.
Sound knowledge of real estate processes and regulations, including the Residential Tenancies Act.
Keen attention to detail and a ‘Can Do’ attitude.
Exceptional customer service and organisational skills.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
Ability to establish strong and healthy relationships both internally and externally.
Solid time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Must have own car and have a full driver’s licence.
A valid right to work in Australia.
