As a Crew Member you will be part of a great team that prepares and serves delicious pizza and creates feel-valuable customer experiences through every interaction. You will maintain a well presented, clean and safe restaurant whilst utilising your strong time management and multi-tasking skills during the peak periods in the restaurants.

Key responsibilities

- Delivering exceptional customer service, every time whether that be in person or on the phone or on a delivery.

- Take customer orders through our POS system

- Pack and handover hot orders to customers and delivery drivers

- Attend to customer concerns.

- Organise all pizzas appropriately to be delivered to customers.

- Maintain optimal level of hygiene for all pizzas.





- Manage and maintain record of all money and coupons collected from customers and manage all credit card accounts.

- Maintain knowledge on all operations of pizza oven and ensure compliance to all company standards.

- Participate in training programs and keep up to date with policies / procedures.

- Clean and maintain equipment and work area associated with the job function.

- Complete dishwashing duties and other cleaning projects in between orders.

- Assist the restocking and replenishment of product and supplies as stipulated in the shift duties.

- Promote pizza hut products and distribute promotional materials.

What we are looking for

- Previous experience in the fast food industry, but not essential. Just bring a keen attitude

- Possess suitable communications skills to create a positive interaction experience with our customers.

- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift objects exercising proper ergonomic practices.

- Have exceptional grooming and hygiene habits for food safety and compliance purposes.
