About the role
Nursing Centred Care Australia is seeking a passionate and compassionate Female Carer to join our team in Smithfield, SA. As a Carer, you will play a vital role in providing personalised care and support to our elderly and disabled clients, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life. This is a casual position, offering flexible working arrangements to suit your needs.

What you'll be doing

- Assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging them in meaningful activities and social interactions
- Monitoring clients' health and wellbeing, and reporting any changes or concerns to the relevant healthcare professionals
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation to ensure the safety and well-being of clients
- Collaborating with the broader care team to develop and implement personalised care plans for each client

What we're looking for

- A genuine passion for providing high-quality care and support to elderly and disabled individuals
- Experience supporting clients with dementia or a solid understanding of dementia-related care needs
- Relevant experience in the aged care or disability support sector, or a demonstrated commitment to the industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and their families
- A caring,



patient, and empathetic nature, with the ability to adapt your approach to meet the unique needs of each client
- A current First Aid certificate
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability
- Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- A Valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance for client visits
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
