Bourke Street Bakery is an iconic baker with locations all over the Sydney metro area is seeking a Tart shift Pastry chef to work our weekend and Monday 3pm-11pm shift..

You will be someone who can work independently and love being part of a team and working in a rapid-paced environment. You are reliable and can trouble shoot by yourself.

Some further requirements and information:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a bakery pastry environment
- Required to set up equipment at the start of your shift
- Assisting the Pastry production team with tasks required, but not limited to making tarts, finishing cakes, writing plaques, sorting catering orders.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills required
- Good time management required
- Be solution-focused
- Full working rights in Australia
- Job Type: Casual 24 hrs. per week





Schedule: Sat-Mon

- 3pm-11pm
