Labourforce is currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a busy manufacturing and distribution facility based in Coopers Plains, QLD.
We are currently recruiting for two ongoing AM shift positions, offering consistent weekday hours, strong pay rates, and long-term opportunities within a quick-paced warehouse and yard environment.

Available Roles
AM Yard Forklift Operator (Counterbalance)
Shift
4:30am – 12:30pm | Monday – Friday
Pay Rate
$41.68 per hour
Key Duties
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Strapping pallets and securing loads
- Handling plastic PVC pipe products
- Moving stock throughout the yard and dock area
- Allocating stock into outdoor racking locations
- Maintaining safe forklift operation practices
AM Distribution Forklift Operator (High Reach)
Shift
4:30am – 12:30pm | Monday – Friday
Pay Rate
$41.68 per hour
Key Duties
- Operating High Reach forklifts
- Putting stock away into racking systems
- Replenishing pick locations
- Moving stock throughout the distribution centre
- Assisting with warehouse operations as required
- Following site safety and warehouse procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Current Forklift (LF) Licence
- Previous Counterbalance and/or High Reach experience
- Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, yard, or distribution environments
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Own transport to Coopers Plains
