Who We’re Looking For

- Childcare Centre Chef/ Kitchen Hand
- Current WWCC
- Foundations of Child Safety Training certificate
- Valid working rights/visa
- Experience in a similar cooking or chef role (childcare or education setting preferred)
- Knowledge of child nutrition and dietary requirements
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Passion for building genuine relationships with children, families, and teams
- Be available to work on Thursday and Friday between 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (Fixed)
- can provide referees who can comment on your relevant experience
- Must have the Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and prepare healthy, age-appropriate meals and snacks
- Cater for dietary requirements, allergies, and cultural preferences
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness




- Manage food ordering, stock rotation, and kitchen supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and centre policies
