About the Role
We're looking for a reliable, physically fit Production Operator to join our team full-time. This is a hands-on, floor-based role at the heart of our manufacturing operation — you'll work across every stage of production, keeping output moving to a high standard.

This role involves regular manual handling, including lifting, carrying, and decanting bags of raw materials weighing between 10 and 20kg. You must be physically fit and comfortable performing repetitive lifting and bending tasks throughout the shift.

You'll report to our Operations Team Lead and work alongside an experienced production crew. No trade qualifications needed — full training provided on all equipment, including our ultrasonic welder.

Key Responsibilities

- Ultrasonic welding and assembly of Air Refiner units (we'll train you)
- Measuring and cutting raw materials to specification
- Filling and charcoal decanting operations
- Heat sealing, eyeleting, and rope cutting
- Folding, finishing, and packaging of units
- Keeping a clean, organised, and safe production floor

About You

- Physically fit and comfortable with regular manual handling, including lifting up to 20kg
- Extremely reliable and punctual — you take ownership of your work
- High attention to detail and a care for quality
- A team player who pitches in where needed




- Production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred but not essential
- Willing to learn and take on a variety of tasks
